Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. To start a return, email us at service@waken-electric.com with your order number. Please do not send items back before we confirm your return.

Return Shipping

• Quality problems: if your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we pay return shipping and will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
• Other returns: if you simply changed your mind, you pay return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Items that have been used, or are returned without complete original packaging, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our U.S. returns center and is inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Warranty

Every Waken machine comes with a one-year limited warranty. Before any return or replacement, our support team will first try to solve the problem with you by phone, video or WhatsApp — most issues can be fixed in minutes.
